of Access

Access to this website and to our services is restricted to adults aged 21 or over, and every companion is 21 or older. We may ask a guest to confirm their age and decline any booking where there is doubt.

We provide time and companionship. Any fee relates solely to the companion's time and company. Requests for anything beyond that fall outside our service. Companions decide for themselves which bookings they accept.

Guests treat companions with courtesy and respect. Aggressive, abusive or intimidating behaviour, pressure of any kind, heavy intoxication and photographing or recording her without consent are not accepted. A companion may leave if she feels unsafe or disrespected; the booking closes there, total owed and deposit retained.

A booking is confirmed once the desk has written out who is coming, the date, the start and the length of the booking, hotel or private address, the total plus any deposit it asks for, and you have replied yes in writing; where a deposit was asked, the key is issued on its arrival. The booking is then final: her time is encoded to you alone, and any other request for it is declined. Before your yes, nothing is booked and nothing is due.

Whether the desk asks a deposit, how much and by what route is decided per booking and written in your thread before you approve, never here. It is a first instalment of the fee: subtracted from the total, remainder settled at the start; on a cancellation, applied to the charge or converted into credit, never returned.

An issued key is final. You may cancel with a message in your booking thread, yet a charge follows: a portion of the agreed fee, for the hours held. Short bookings of one to three hours, with notice measured from the agreed start time: over 48 hours, no charge, and a deposit paid stays on file as credit; from 48 hours to 24, half the agreed fee; inside 24 hours, or if you do not show, the whole fee, where a same-day key sits at once.

At half or the whole fee the deposit is retained in full and any difference invoiced, payable within 14 days; costs the desk saves come off a whole-fee charge, the only sum owed. Credit runs 12 months, covers any companion here, is usable one time, not transferable and never paid out. Where none was paid, cancelling early is not charged, but the next key needs a deposit.

Worked example: a €720 key with a €360 deposit. Cancelled 36 hours before the start: half is €360, covered by the deposit, nothing more due. Cancelled six hours before, or nobody answers the door: €720 due, deposit retained, €360 invoiced. Cancelled four days before: the €360 becomes a 12-month credit.

For dinner dates, overnights, duos, couples, extended windows, multi-day bookings, travel and events the clock runs in days: more than 7 days of notice, no charge and a deposit paid becomes credit; from 7 days to 72 hours, half the fee; inside 72 hours, or with nobody at the door, the whole fee. Set-off and credit work as above.

A no-show is logged when, 30 minutes after the agreed start, you are neither at the address given nor reachable on the number you booked from; when that address is wrong or cannot be accessed; or when you send her away for a reason other than those under When we cancel. It is a whole-fee cancellation: deposit retained, remainder invoiced.

The desk can move an issued key once, at its discretion: ask in the thread before she sets off; if her schedule has room the booking is re-encoded to the new time, deposit and terms attached. Should no new time be agreed, the original slot stands and the tiers above then apply. Extra time is arranged in the thread, same rate, before it starts; leaving early does not lower the fee.

The companion may refuse or end a booking if a guest arrives visibly intoxicated, turns abusive or threatening, declines to produce ID when his age is doubted, booked under a false name or address, brings extra people nobody announced, or asks for something outside companionship. That is a whole-fee cancellation by the guest: total due, deposit retained.

If the desk withdraws a confirmed key, or the companion named in your confirmation cannot attend, and the cause is not yours, you choose: the booking re-issued for a new date or with a different companion, without extra cost, or every amount you paid refunded within 14 days. A replacement is proposed, never imposed; decline her and the refund is paid in full. An event beyond both parties' control leaves the same choice.

Every face here is blurred, for the companions' privacy. Each set of photos is verified against the woman herself before her file joins the rack; the woman your confirmation names is the woman at your door, body, hair, styling and presentation as photographed. A blurred face cannot be verified on a doorstep, so "not the one in her photos" is no reason to cancel, refund or credit; sending her away for it is a no-show.

A booking is a leisure service pinned to a date and a time; the 14-day cooling-off period that distance contracts normally carry is excluded for it by article 6:230p, sub e, of the Dutch Civil Code (article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

Dutch law applies to these terms and to every booking with the desk. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of any protection under mandatory rules of law.

Kept on file: the thread holding your yes to the booking and these terms, with the record of any deposit payment, until the booking, any charge, any credit, a dispute and bookkeeping duties are settled; then erased. ID copies are never stored. A false identity, a deposit paid with payment details not the guest's own, and threats or violence aimed at a companion can be reported to the payment provider and to the police, and future keys declined.
