The hourly starting rate applies across the Amsterdam districts. For longer formats, the quote depends on the format itself and on the companion you select. For Schiphol, Den Haag and Rotterdam, a travel element is added and shown as a separate line in the same message, so you can see every component before you give the go-ahead.

No booking is active until you hold a written confirmation in your WhatsApp thread covering who is coming, on which date, from what start time, for how long, at which hotel, and the total, plus any deposit the desk requests. An issued key is not handed back: once you approve, the booking is final, her time is encoded to you and the details are fixed. One move of the time can go back through the coordinator, at the desk's discretion and where her schedule allows; a cancellation is charged as set out below.

A deposit may be requested before a key is issued, most often for dates reserved ahead, long formats, a duo, travel, first-time guests and busy nights. Its amount, and the route for paying it, appear in the chat before you confirm and are never printed here. The deposit is the first part of the fee, paid early: it is deducted from the total and the remainder is settled when the booking begins.

Cancelling a confirmed booking is charged according to the notice you give, measured back from the agreed start time. For a short booking, meaning one to three hours: more than 48 hours of notice carries no charge, and the deposit is held as a credit that lasts 12 months; give 48 to 24 hours and half the agreed fee is owed; inside the last 24 hours, or when nobody is at the door, the whole fee. The longer formats, dinner dates, overnights, duos, couples, extended windows, travel and events, work with 7 days and 72 hours as their cut-offs instead. The deposit counts towards whatever is charged and is not returned; any difference above it is invoiced. Should the desk cancel, or should the confirmed companion be unable to come, the choice is yours: a new date, a different companion or a full refund. If the evening is going well and you would like more time, message the coordinator before the booked period ends rather than settling it in the room. Whether the clock can run longer depends on what is next in her schedule, and the coordinator confirms that, plus the cost of the added time, before it begins.
