How to Book: From First Message to
Secure Entry

Select your key
Browse the roster and note two or three names. Check each companion's home district: those based in Jordaan or De Pijp reach nearby hotels fastest, and the same logic applies in every inner zone.

Transmit your request
In one WhatsApp message, share who you would like to meet, the full name of your hotel, your room number and your preferred arrival time. Mention the format as well if you have more than one hour in mind.

Receive clearance
A coordinator verifies live availability and replies with the arrival window, the format and the total. For Schiphol and the city zones, travel is part of that quote. Nothing is booked until you reply to approve it.

Prepare the entry point
Keep your phone within reach around the arrival time. If your hotel lifts only respond to a keycard, tell the coordinator in advance so you can collect your companion at the lift lobby at the agreed minute.

Notice periods by zone
For hotels in Amsterdam Centrum and the other inner districts, around an hour of notice usually does the job. Schiphol requires more time, and Utrecht, Den Haag and Rotterdam need the longest lead. Every zone page lists a realistic window, and the coordinator always pins down the exact time for your booking.

Reserving ahead
You are welcome to book for a later date. Send the same details with the day and time you have in mind, and the coordinator confirms availability. On the day itself, a short check in the same thread verifies that nothing has changed on either side. Reserving ahead is especially helpful for overnights, dinner dates and the city zones.

Changing or cancelling
Plans shift. To move the time or cancel, message the coordinator in the same thread as early as you can. Early notice lets us release the companion's time or rearrange the booking, and every change receives its own written confirmation, exactly like the original.
